Job Description
- Reviews and monitor compensation and benefit policies as share service center to align with JaiHome BOM policies and strengthen their alignment with legal regulation and ensure for the mutual benefit between the employee and the company.-10%
- Conduct the staffing activities by determining the appropriate hiring channels (executive search, newspaper, online, job fairs, networking…) to utilize the candidate pool; screening the job applications and coordinating the interviews with line managers; consulting for the line managers in hiring decision making to hire qualified candidate on time.-10%
- Build up annual training plan and conduct all kind of training courses and follow up, evaluate the training effectiveness to enhance employee competency following company people development strategy.-10%
- Ensure that the payroll processes is well prepared and managed in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) system in order to making sure that the salary is paid to all employees on time and accurately.-10%
- Work closely with government department (Social Insurance Department, Tax Department) to claim the benefit for employee (such as maternity, sick, resignation, retire, PIT (Personal Income Tax)…)-10%
- Control and utilize C&B budget with other departments to utilize HR budget by manage all of the total reward system element.-10%
- Following up and implementing the company regulation and polices of Company and government to meet law requirement and keep the company discipline.-10%
- Ensure that Total reward’s activities/reports (Payroll, Insurance, PIT) and Internal regulation comply with government and regulations and timely submit to internal and external organization to avoid any HR legal risk-10%
- Manage all HR internal document (employee profile, contract, company decision, reports…) are prepared and signed within timeframe, stored and saved probably and fully filing HRIS to manage well HR information system-10%
- Manage employee grievance/question/concern… related HR functions to understand employee need and enhance employee satisfaction.-10%
Requirements
- Language: Minimum TOEIC 500
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business administration, finance
- 3 – 5 years experiences in HR (C&B), experience in HRIS system, government system
- Knowledge about Labor Law, Total Reward System, PIT, Insurance Law.
- Computer skill: Strong in Ms. Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
