The Industrial Electrical Engineer is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and management of electrical systems in projects, including technical drawing preparation, equipment selection, construction supervision, quality and safety control, as well as operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role also involves managing technical documentation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, acceptance, and project settlement. This position plays a key role in ensuring that electrical systems are implemented according to design, meet technical standards, operate safely and reliably, and optimize cost efficiency and energy usage.

1. Responsibilities

– Design technical drawings and electrical schematics for high-voltage, low-voltage, and civil electrical systems.

– Perform quantity take-off, prepare cost estimates, and control electrical system costs.

– Supervise construction, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site; coordinate with investors, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project progress and technical quality.

– Propose optimal technical solutions during the construction process.

– Prepare site diaries, acceptance reports, as-built documentation, and verify actual construction quantities.

– Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.

– Prepare bidding documents, including quotations, construction methods, schedules, and company capability profiles; collect and compile data for tender pricing.

2. Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical system construction, supervision, and equipment maintenance.

– Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, substations, and electrical panels.

– Proficient in office software and technical tools such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.

– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform quantity take-offs.

– Willingness to travel or work on-site as required.

– Good health, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive working attitude.

3. Benefits

– Salary: From 13,000,000 to 19,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
