Responsibilities:
* Tree maintenance
– Perform tree maintenance at assigned landscape areas by watering trees, pruning branches, removing decayed or damaged leaves, trimming overgrown grass, fertilizing periodically according to instructions, and applying pesticides,…).
– Nurture seedlings of various tree species.
– Monitor and track the progress of care and nutritional supplementation for plants
– Frequently inspect the quantity and quality of ornamental plants; providing monthly reports on their maintenance and any changes in numbers.
– Carry out other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
* Landscape assurance
– Keep walkways at the projects clean by removing litter and fallen leaves.;
– Collect and dispose of waste following regulations.;
– Maintain the overall landscape to ensure a visually appealing and well – kept environment.
Job requirement
– Preferably male, aged 18–45.
– Basic knowledge of plants and tree care.
– Skilled in tree maintenance techniques and proficient in using relevant tools;
– Ability to identify areas needing cleaning and take initiative in tasks;
– Honest, diligent, sociable, and cooperative with colleagues;
– Health ensures job performance.
