Plant maintenance engineer cum Supervisor

Responsibilities:

– Plan and implement tree care and landscape maintenance according to proper procedures and technical standards.

– Inspect and check the work quality of landscape workers, ensuring compliance with procedures and work progress.

– Instruct and train workers in planting techniques, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and tree maintenance.

– Cooperate with relevant departments to tackle the problems arising during tree maintenance.

– Periodically inspect and assess the tree conditions, proposing improvement or replacement solutions when needed.

– Manage and track the use of materials, fertilizers, and pesticides to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field: Forestry, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Biology, or a related discipline.

– At least 2-year-experience in the realm of tree care and landscape maintenance;

– Knowledgeable about plants, care methods, implementation techniques, fertilizers, and pesticides.

– Capable of handling paperwork, documentation, report writing, and labor management.

– Experienced in supervising and managing teams.

– Good computer skill

– Have good health and can work under pressure, as well as willing to work outdoors
